Warranty Information

All genuine retrofitted systems and new replacement parts, supplied and fitted by HazzyDayz Ltd come with 2 years warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. 

On Vehicles that are less than 1 year old from new,  we will match the remainder of the original  manufacturers warranty up to 3 years for genuine retrofitted systems supplied and fitted by HazzyDayz Ltd.

All repaired parts and refurbished replacement parts supplied by HazzyDayz Ltd come with 12 months warranty as standard unless otherwise stated.

All aftermarket equipment supplied and fitted by HazzyDayz Ltd come with 12 months warranty as standard unless otherwise stated.

All labour and workmanship carried out by HazzyDayz Ltd comes with 2 years warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. 

terms and conditions

Our warranty covers parts supplied by us from manufacturing  defects for the stated period only. It does not cover damage caused by mechanical or other external factors and does not extend to other parts or components within the vehicle or systems.

Our warranty for labour covers the workmanship only of installations carried out by HazzyDayz Ltd, for the period of 2 years unless otherwise stated. It does not in any case cover the operation of parts not supplied by HazzyDayz Ltd.

Our warranty for software and programming covers the reprogramming or re-installations of software for 12 months  or for the valid warranty period of the supplied parts or retrofitted systems. it does not in any case cover the hardware other than when it has been supplied by HazzyDayz Ltd and is within the warranty period it was supplied with.
 
Our warranty is valid only when the vehicle is brought to our workshop in Markyate for the warranty work to be carried out. It does not cover call out, mobile diagnostics or repair. it does not cover parts or labour not supplied by HazzyDayz Ltd. If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us for warranty, we can at our own discretion in some cases make arrangements to fulfil warranty work outside of our terms and conditions.
