Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

For technical enquires and customer who would like to supply there own parts we will require email confirmation prior to making a booking. Technical enquiries are by email only, and if required we can arrange a call back.

We aim to provide the best possible service throughout the UK. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any purchase We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling Fee to process the refund. This applies to the total amount paid including VAT. This does not apply to parking sensors or special order items. This is only applicable within 2 weeks of installation. Items must be in the exact same condition as when installed. Damaged or broken items will not be refunded.

All work provided by us comes with a 2 year guarantee. All parts we use and offer on our website are either brand new or refurbished and come with a 2 year parts warranty unless otherwise stated. All new parts are also covered by the Volkswagen & Audi 2 year parts warranty, brand new vehicles will have 3 year warranty on all OEM parts supplied.  All aftermarket products come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. All warranty work is return to base only, We can however make special exceptions if we are in the area. This is subject to flexibility and may require a waiting time of several weeks.

For any warranty claim, we will require an email with the invoice number or the vehicle registration and the date of installation. We will also require a description of the fault and a contact number. The technical team will then reply to you by email or arrange a call back if required.

All Genuine Vw/Audi Retrofit Installations will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. We recommend you inform your dealership of any work carried out by us prior to any warranty claim. You may also want to inform us via phone or email.  Please produce your invoice from us. This will help with any diagnostics which need to be carried out. We are also happy to speak with your Audi service adviser or technician if required.

Special Order items require a 50% deposit prior to ordering. This fee is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. In very rare cases we may be able to stop an order from factory. If this is the case then we can refund the deposit. This only applies within 24 hours of placing the order.  Special Order items usually take 7-14 working days to come into stock.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery date for special order items.

Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice, this is due to our suppliers having price increases from time to time which is beyond our control. We endeavour to keep our prices on the website and those quoted as accurate and up to date as possible. In the event a deposit has been paid and there has been a price increase beyond our control, should you at this point wish not to continue and cancel your order we will be happy to refund the deposit without any fees incurred.

Disclaimer for Security Enabled Components, Component Protection

When customers wish to supply parts, security enabled components will require a VAT receipt as proof of purchase before we can book you in. We will also need to see the V5C and photo ID. We reserve the right to charge labour at £50 + VAT per hour for the full amount of time spent if the part supplied is faulty, stolen, or cannot be fitted for any other reason. We will also require email confirmation prior to making a booking.

    2. After consenting to us using your data as described in this policy, we will retain it on our system for as long as we deem to be a period within which you may return to use your account. This varies from individual to individual depending on account activity. After that period we will close your account and delete your data in line with this policy.
    3. Other than as set out above, we will not disclose any of your personal information without your permission unless we are required by law to do so (for example, if required to do so by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).
    4. we will have in place strict contractual arrangements that will require your information is processed securely, at least to a standard equivalent to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
    5. We may notify you of certain offers and new products, (very rarely) subject to you giving your consent to do so. You can opt-out of this use at any time by updating your preferences on our website.
    6. Messages - messages you send to Hazzy Dayz about a booking are visible only to that user and to Hazzy Dayz staff
    7. Reviews - if you choose to leave a review for a Job, this will be shown to other users (only showing your first name and the initial of your last name).
    8. Phone number - we store this so drivers can contact Customers and vice versa. Phone numbers are only shared by Staff/Technicians when needed. We may contact you via phone should there be any issues with your bookings or account.
    9. Booking history - we store a history of where and when you’ve had a booking with us to make repeat use faster and easier for you, and also to help us understand what work we had carried out.
    10. Payment method - payment method details you provide (including name, email address and sometimes address) are sent directly to PCI-compliant third party payment providers. They are not stored on Hazzy Dayz servers and Hazzy Dayz employees do not have access to these details.
    11. IP Address - this is used by us and some of our third-party providers to identify your device in the provision of our service. It is also used for fraud checks and to ensure a secure product.
    12. Number plate (VRM) - we store this for booking purposes. this is not shared with third parties. 
    13. Email - we’ll send emails to you about your bookings and the Hazzy Dayz service. We won’t share your email with third parties.
    14. Name - we need to store this to identify you in the provision of our service and any warranty claims
